All pepper sprays are warrantied through their expiration date (found on the product) due to manufacturing defects.

All alarms and LED Armbands have a 90-day limited warrant due to manufacturing defects.

The warranties do NOT cover items that have been abused or lost, have suffered damage to the unit from being manipulated in anyway, dropped, thrown, slammed in a door, or run over.

To file a warranty claim email request to warranty@zarc.com and included visual proof of product and a description of what the problem is. Zarc will review the claim and issue a Return/Replacement Authorization.
